Many questions that MSM reporters ask can be answered with a politician's standard talking points, something that can be more easily obtained from their website.
This site wants the follow-up questions that point out problems and contradictions with the standard talking points.
And, we want to encourage anyone to call those politician's offices and ask them those difficult questions, or visit campaign appearances and try to ask them during a Q&A session.
This site will collect both the questions and any answers (or non-answers as the case may be).
Anyone can post here using the 'create content' link on the left side of the page, but only detailed, fact-based, questions for specific candidates will be promoted to the home page. Questions that are not detailed or are not directed at a specific candidate or group of candidates may be deleted at the administrator's discretion.
When you post, enter the politician's name in the line near the top of the post. Please use the most common version of their name without a middle initial and with their first and last name capitalized ("Dick Cheney", not "Richard B. Cheney"). This will make it easier to find questions for that person.
At the present time anyone can post a question or an answer without logging in, but we strongly encourage you to sign up for a free account. It only takes a few seconds, and your email address will be kept private and will only be used in case we need to contact you regarding your posts and not for any other reason.
